… It’s Hard To Keep Up!
And sometimes it takes a little digging to find all the goings on. As we start compiling the list we inevitably end up saying, “THAT’S why we’re doing this! There’s really alot happening at there. We gotta let folks know“!
With the new Audubon Center right downriver on Plum Island and Odiorne State Park just to the north, there’s lots to do for those that love the great outdoors!
The music scene is getting ready to take off, with so many great venues all around and then the waterfront music series due to start up just downriver in Newburyport!
Newburyport Homecoming, Amesbury Days, beaches up & down the coast; it’s amazing we ever get to sit down and tap out the “411″ when there so much to DO!
Hungry? There’s a great all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast at Applebee’s in Seabrook, N.H to benefit the Amesbury Relay for Life, on Saturday, May 30st. All the details are here and for $5? Seems like a great deal for a great cause!
Not sure you can afford the calories? Sunday, May 24th over at Maudsley State Park in Newburyport, hit Trav’s Trail Run, a 3 mile cross country run and walk to benefit The Travis Eliot Landreth Memorial Scholarship Fund. Shoot over for a quick workout through beautiful Maudsley then hit the breakfast with a clear gustatory conscience!
And with Memorial Day comes the parades and the fireworks…

Sun., May 24, 2009 marks the kick off of fireworks at Hampton Beach, just up the coast on rte. 1a.
And if it’s Memorial Day weekend, that means that “Spring Fest” is happening over around Mrket Square in Newburyport, too! Booths, displays, arts, crafts and a great time browsing and shopping for bargains. There’s a Kids Korner event, too, so bring the little one(s).
